It’s our predictive approach to IT infrastructure management: intelligent monitoring, automated analytics, and proactive interventions, to ensure service continuity and more efficient IT management.

Algorithms and customized thresholds allow you to predict potential failures, congestion or malfunctions, triggering targeted and timely notifications to our Operation Center.

Automatic or guided proactive actions

The platform is able to activate corrective actions or suggest preventive interventions. In some cases, the resolution can take place automatically, in others, a technician is involved for the targeted management of the problem.

Synergy with the Incident Management service

Proactive Monitoring has been developed ad hoc for the integration between the two systems with our ticketing platform and the Incident Management service, ensuring a continuous operational flow: from detection to resolution.

    Configuring of assets to be monitored, define critical thresholds, map strategic services, and onboard.

  • 24/7 active monitoring

    The system continuously collects and analyzes data relating to the performance, availability, and status of infrastructure components.

  • Alerts and anomaly management

    When the configured thresholds are exceeded, alerts are generated in real time to our Operation Center and/or the customer’s IT team. (alerts can be of various types, such as emails, internal alerts, ticket opening or telephone engagement of the on-call person)

     

  • Technical intervention (on-demand or automatic)

    Depending on the nature of the problem and the agreements in place, an automatic action is initiated or an intervention process is triggered through Incident Management.
