BIDEye is the first solution on the market capable of natively integrating SATEL control panels into the Milestone platform, creating a centralized monitoring environment.
In this way, the person in charge of the control panel can remotely view and manage alarms via a single interface. BIDEye is also the first and only plug-in that manages SATEL control panels bi-directionally: when a command is sent to the system, BIDEYE allows you to receive feedback from it on the execution of the request, among many other functions.
