International Project Management

Project Management: Axians’ winning approach

For the management of our projects we rely on experienced professionals and select quality tools in order to achieve the expected results in compliance with the determined times and costs.

Definition of the Context and Stakeholders

The first step in project management is the identification of all relevant factors – external and internal – that can influence the ability to achieve results, including the context:

  • scientific/technological
  • Regulatory and institutional
  • environmental and territorial
  • social and cultural

Once the reference context has been identified, we at Axians define all the stakeholders involved in the project as:

  • Customers
  • Suppliers
  • Control bodies and institutions
  • local communities

For each stakeholder, the expected requirements are identified, which become real “compliance obligations” for Axians.

Control

At each step we verify the degree of customer satisfaction and constantly monitor compliance with the project parameters defined in the planning and programming phases, namely:

  • Purpose
  • Times
  • Costs

If there are deviations from the defined and scheduled objectives, we intervene promptly with corrective actions.
