Why Axians Be Equal

We believe that diversity is a value and that gender equality is not only a social duty, but also an opportunity to grow as a company. With this project we want to translate our values into concrete actions, helping to create a workplace where respect, balance and inclusion are the norm.

What is the gender equality certification

Gender equality certification (UNI/PdR 125:2022) is a tool introduced by the PNRR to accompany organizations towards increasingly inclusive models. Obtaining this certification means adopting concrete policies and measures to reduce the gender gap and ensure equal opportunities at every stage of working life.

The Axians Be Equal path

Our path to certification is divided into several phases:

  • Analysis and listening

    internal evaluation and data collection.

  • Policies and procedures

    definition of clear and shared rules.

  • Training and awareness

    programs aimed at all levels of the company.

  • Audit and continuous improvement

    constant monitoring of results and new development actions.

Our areas of commitment

With Axians Be Equal , we have identified some guidelines that will guide our path towards an increasingly fair and inclusive work environment.

The main areas we intend to focus on include:

  • Fairness and transparency → definition of policies that guarantee equal opportunities, including in terms of remuneration.
  • Care of the workplace → initiatives to make company spaces more welcoming and inclusive, through equipment designed for everyone.
  • Culture of diversity & inclusion → awareness-raising activities and training sessions to spread awareness at all levels.
  • Fair selection processes → attention to inclusive and transparent recruiting practices.
  • Participation and involvement → creation of spaces, physical or symbolic, to stimulate dialogue and encourage the proposal of initiatives by people.
  • Parenting support → tools and guidelines to support work-life balance.

The meaning of the Axians Be Equal logo

The Axians Be Equal logo encapsulates the values that inspire our journey:

  • Inclusion → the heart represents the openness and acceptance of different shapes and colors, in harmony with each other.
  • Equity → the forms contained in the heart, although different, find equal space; the two mirrored “E” recall balance and equality.
  • Concreteness and commitment → clear spaces and decisive lines convey solidity and determination.
  • Modernity and the future → the geometries and movement of the sign communicate a look towards the future.
