For the Vicenza office we are looking for a person to cover the role of:
SOLUTION ADVISOR ENTERPRISE
VERTICAL NETWORKING & DIGITAL WORKPLACE
Following a period of coaching and accompanied by appropriate training courses, the person will be in charge of the development of projects in the ICT field, ensuring their implementation according to agreed specifications.
Description of activities
The person, inserted within the Design office, will be responsible for:
- analyzing customer’s needs by proposing the best technological solution in relation to requirements, also in collaboration with the sales force
- drafting technical and commercial offer documents, analyzing costs and revenues of the proposed solutions
in the filed of Networking & Digital Workspace:
- managing technical and economic relationships with suppliers/vendors
- designing complex cross-platform projects
- supporting the sales force in the presentation of projects, offers and visits to customers
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (Computer Science or Telecommunications), in Computer Science and Technology or equivalent training
- Good knowledge of English at an intermediate spoken and written level
- Have at least 3 years of professional experience in the design field with a focus on the verticals indicated
Knowledge of one or more of the following technologies is preferential requirements
- Networking LAN-WLAN (IP Networking, SD-WAN, SDN ecc..)
- Telephony over IP solutions (Unified Communications and Collaboration)
- Multimedia solutions for the Digital Workplace (e.g. Digital Meeting Room, Collaboration room, On Premises or Cloud Applications, etc.)
- Contact Centers (ACPS, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise)
- Open Touch IP-SIP Design (ACPS, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise)
- Open Touch (AQPS, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise)
Any knowledge and/or certifications in the design of solutions from the main market vendors (e.g. Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Alcatel Lucent Enterprise, MS Teams, etc.) and the use of tools e.g. Cisco CCW, Alcatel ACTIS, etc.
