VINCI Energies acquires SIRECOM

VINCI Energies has acquired all the activities of Sintesi (Sirecom Srl), a Group specialized in services and solutions in the ICT sector.

VINCI Energies, the subsidiary of VINCI specialized in energy services and information and communication technology (ICT), reached an agreement in Italy, on June 25th, to acquire all the activities of Gruppo Sintesi (Sirecom Srl), specialized in services and solutions in the ICT sector. The Sintesi Group, with a turnover of over 15 million euros, employs 85 people in Italy and the United States.
