We have created a centralized solution that allows the customer to independently manage the entire monitor system within the outlet.
Our involvement began from the early stages of the project, working closely with the customer to define the objectives and operating methods.
Subsequently, we took care of the implementation, from the installation of the screens to the configuration of the software platform for content management.
The cloud-based platform ensures maximum security and information protection.
In addition, we proactively monitor all installed components and, in the event of failures or anomalies, we intervene promptly remotely for the software part, and on site for the hardware components.
The solution created is designed to evolve over time, with the possibility of integrating artificial intelligence modules and tools to improve the customer experience.
The statistical data collected is made available to the customer, allowing a more targeted management of activities.
The feedback received is extremely positive: the overall experience for visitors to the outlet has improved considerably, confirming the value of our intervention.
