The evolution of Axians in Italy

Thanks to this first acquisition, the Axians brand arrived in Italy. SAIV and Teletronica are 2 companies with over 40 years of experience in the ICT market during which they have had a development especially in the North East of Italy.

An Italian company founded in Turin in 1983, Sirecom offers services and solutions in the ICT sector, acting as a trusted consultant in particular for the world of retail, food production, textile and industrial.

An Italian company with operational offices in Rome, Naples, Florence, Bari and Milan. Brandid offers services and solutions in the fields of IT and Digital Communication with a strong focus on Research and Development.

From the merger of Axians Brand id Spa, Saiv SpA and Sirecom Srl, Axians Italia SPA was born. The three companies of the VINCI Energies Italia Group – all specialized in the ICT field in services and solutions for digital transformation, as well as in IT security services – will now operate under a single name, thus creating a new, more integrated legal entity, efficient and competitive. With over 80 million in turnover in 2021 and a forecast of around 90 million in 2022 and more than 380 employees, the VINCI Energies Italia Group brand will accompany public and private companies in the development of digital transformation projects, embracing with even more strength is the customer centric vision which is fundamental for ensuring and guaranteeing the best ICT solutions on the market.
